Refund Policy

We offer a 7-day refund window on all lifetime license purchases if the Software does not work as described on your supported system.
Eligible Refund Reasons
- The Software fails to install or launch on a supported OS after following our setup guide
- Core features do not function as described after troubleshooting with our support team
- A technical defect that cannot be resolved within 7 days of reporting
Non-Refundable Situations
- Change of mind after the license key has been delivered and used
- Hardware below the stated minimum requirements
- Violations of the Terms of Use that resulted in license termination
- Refund requests made after the 7-day window
How to Request a Refund
Email support@polynet.dev within 7 days of purchase with your order ID (from your Polar.sh receipt) and a description of the issue. We aim to respond within 24 hours and process approved refunds within 5–7 business days.
