1. Acceptance of Terms

By purchasing and using any PolyNet product ("the Software"), you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Software.

2. License Grant

Upon purchase, you are granted a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, lifetime license to install and use the Software on up to 2 personal devices. You may not sublicense, sell, redistribute, or transfer the Software to any third party.

3. Permitted Use

PolyNet products are intended for personal, educational, creative, and entertainment purposes. You must obtain informed consent from any individual whose likeness, voice, or motion data you use. You must clearly label any AI-generated or synthetically altered content when sharing it publicly.

4. Prohibited Use

You may not use any PolyNet software to create non-consensual intimate imagery, harass or defame individuals, commit fraud or impersonation, spread misinformation, or engage in any activity prohibited by law in your jurisdiction. Violations terminate your license immediately with no refund.

5. Intellectual Property

All intellectual property in the Software remains the property of PolyNet. You are granted usage rights only. Underlying open-source components retain their respective licenses.

6. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Software is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee uninterrupted operation or fitness for any specific purpose.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, PolyNet shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use or misuse of the Software. Users are solely responsible for how they use the Software.
